Project manager

Full-timeOn-siteVilnius

Every digital experience we ship has one person who knew, every single week, exactly where the project stood and what happens next. We are looking for that person.

Neat is a strategic UX/UI design and product development studio of 12 people in Vilnius, established in partnership with Synthesis CG, a leading consulting ecosystem. We design and build digital products, from websites and e-commerce to platforms and apps, working alongside strategy, branding and communication specialists from the group on many of our projects.

As a project manager at Neat, you would run the delivery of our digital products day to day. Every project has a Product Director who owns the outcome, the client relationship, scope and direction. Your role would be to own everything that makes that outcome happen: the plan, the schedule, the budget tracking, the documentation and the day-to-day communication with the client, from the project brief through UX, UI, development and launch. Alongside new projects, you would coordinate support and maintenance for the products we have already launched, which makes up a meaningful share of the week.

We are looking for a proactive person who always looks for better and faster ways to accomplish the tasks in front of them.

Key responsibilities

  • Build the project plan and timeline from the brief, share it with the client and keep it up to date throughout the project.
  • Coordinate every phase of delivery: internal reviews, client presentations, meeting notes and follow-ups.
  • Act as the client's day-to-day contact for scheduling, materials, progress and feedback, and keep them informed with regular written updates.
  • Own the technical specification: what the site does, what it connects to and what the client can edit.
  • Manage feedback and revision rounds against what was agreed in the contract.
  • Track hours against budget for every phase, identify risks early and propose solutions.
  • Identify scope changes, document them, get them estimated and priced, and secure written client approval before work starts.
  • Run functional QA against the specification before launch.
  • Coordinate development through to launch and project close-out.
  • Coordinate support and maintenance for live projects: prioritise incoming requests, get them estimated and scheduled, and keep clients informed within the agreed response times.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital project management, in an agency or studio environment.
  • Proven experience delivering websites, e-commerce or digital platforms end to end, from brief to launch.
  • Experience with project management tools. Notion is a big plus.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Experience with Claude Cowork and Claude Code.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, Payload CMS).
  • Understanding of the UX/UI process and the development process: how a design becomes a working product, CMS, integrations, staging and production, specifications.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and working English. Most client meetings are in Lithuanian, most documentation is in English.
  • Comfortable running several projects in parallel without losing track of any of them.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and different types of personalities.

Bonus points if you

  • Have delivered e-commerce projects.
  • Are able to prototype in Claude Code.
  • Have experience automating your daily tasks with AI.
  • Can demonstrate proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (GA4, GTM, Clarity, Meta Pixel).
  • Hold a recognised project management certification.

What we offer

  • A documented process, so your energy goes into the projects rather than into figuring out who decides what.
  • A small team with direct access to the partners, where your work is visible.
  • A modern stack and an AI-driven workflow.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth, with a clear path: Project Manager grows into Senior Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager grows into Product Director.
  • Possibility of a hybrid working model after the trial period (up to 1-2 days per week from home).
  • Interdisciplinary environment within the Synthesis CG ecosystem.

Neat is a good fit if you

  • Like a clearly defined role and want to be excellent in it.
  • Get satisfaction from a project that lands on time, on budget and with a client who always knew what was happening.
  • Would rather flag a risk early with a proposed option than hope it goes away.
  • See working together with an extended strategy and design team as a learning and growth opportunity.
