Project overview

Expanding Postal Services in the Baltics

Unisend is a self-service postal solution originally provided by the Lithuanian Post. As LP Express expanded into Latvia and Estonia, a rebranding effort was undertaken to reflect its new identity. Unisend aims to offer seamless and efficient postal services across all three Baltic countries, enhancing convenience for customers through innovative self-service kiosks and a user-friendly online platform.

We contributed to this transformation by updating the Unisend website in alignment with the newly developed brandbook, ensuring the brand's fresh identity was clearly communicated and consistent across digital touchpoints.

The challange

Seamless Brand Transition Across Borders

As Unisend expanded into Latvia and Estonia, it faced the challenge of evolving its digital presence to reflect a cohesive brand across these new markets. The transition from LP Express to Unisend required a complete overhaul of the existing website to meet the demands of a growing customer base in multiple countries. The primary objective was to ensure that the rebranded website communicated Unisend’s new identity, while also providing a seamless, user-friendly experience across the Baltics.

We had to integrate the new brandbook guidelines into a platform that previously catered to a single market, transforming it into a multilingual, multi-market site. This involved implementing updated design elements, ensuring visual consistency, and aligning the website with the brand’s renewed positioning—all while maintaining ease of use for customers navigating various postal services.

The result

A Cohesive, Multi-Market Digital Experience

The new Unisend website successfully embodies the brand’s refreshed identity, offering a streamlined, user-friendly platform for customers across the Baltics. The website’s clean design, featuring bold brand colors and clear navigation, enhances usability, making it simple for users to find information, locate parcel machines, and track shipments. The platform is fully responsive, offering a seamless experience whether accessed via desktop, tablet, or mobile.

By implementing a consistent design system, we created a cohesive experience for users in Latvia and Estonia. The website’s multilingual capabilities ensure that customers can easily switch between languages, ensuring accessibility across the three markets. This transformation has strengthened Unisend’s digital presence and provided customers with a reliable and intuitive platform for managing their postal needs.
